We mix a 55-minute workout with bursts of cardio to burn fat and strength training to build and tone muscle. We use a variety of equipment daily to keep you challenged and your body guessing.
Our small group class sizes range from 8-10 per class, so you will receive specialized attention from trainers. Trainers prioritize getting to know our clients and their capabilities – always working with you to reach goals and set new ones!
All workouts can be modified to fit all fitness levels, ages, and physical conditions. You will love the class, the people, and the workout.
How To Join Tiffany’s Training and Get Your Free Class
- Create an account on MindBody (our class scheduling app) to get started. You can register using the form below or you can download the app on your phone.
- Once you have an account, search for Tiffany’s Training.
- Click View Pricing and Choose the FREE Class Pass which will allow you to book an upcoming class.
- Once you have your Free Pass, click on VIEW SCHEDULE which will show you a list of all upcoming classes.
- Choose the class type and time that works best and hit BOOK. This will allow you to confirm your class and you’re ready. Note: Some classes could have a waitlist, but you will be notified via email if you’ve been added to a class. You can be added to a class up to 30-minutes before class begins so if you join a waitlist, be sure to keep an eye on your emails.
- You will receive a confirmation of your class booking immediately, as well as a reminder one day before.
- Once your class is booked, plan to arrive at the gym 15 minutes before your first class to meet your trainer, get a tour of the studio, and an overview of the upcoming class.
