Sid joined Tiffany’s Training team in October 2021. He started his lifestyle transformational journey in 2016 when he developed his commitment to fitness, nutrition, and mind/body/emotional health. For the last year and a half, he was training at Fit Theorem (formally I Love Kickboxing), where he won their first nationwide six-week health challenge. During this challenge, Sid lost 28 pounds and 7.5% body fat. He created a small guide for healthy recipes and tips for living a healthy lifestyle.
Being on a lifestyle change journey and attending group classes, he fell in love with fitness, and it became his passion. He also realized that sharing common goals of healthy living with others enhanced the positive growth for all. Sid has lost over 100 pounds in 5 years and has been able to maintain the weight loss through healthy eating, working out, and motivating others.
When asked why he wanted to be a group fitness instructor, simply, he responded with, “I just want to help others.” Through his journey, he has inspired others to get fit and work on themselves and wants to make a difference in the world. He works to enhance his knowledge and skills by studying to become a certified personal training and nutrition in 2022 through NASM.
Sid currently works as a manager at Fresh Thyme Market. He looks at each day as an opportunity to grow, mentor, and teach his team. In his spare time, Sid volunteers for a high school youth group, B’nai Brith Youth Organization as an advisor. Here he acts as a resource, mentor, and guide to teens and helps them build leadership skills. Besides volunteering, Sid loves to golf, bowl, work out, and play with his dog, Buddy.
From the start of Sid’s time at Tiffany’s Training, he knew instantly that he wanted to be a part of this community. “There’s something special here,” Sid said. “And I’d love to be a part of it.”
