Sara Gossett Miller: Senior Trainer & Nutritionist
Sara has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutritional/lifestyle coach. She graduated in 2000 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. During her personal training internship at the Michigan Athletic Club she discovered her true passion. She knew from the get-go she could help transform lives. She began her training career at Lifetime Fitness in Troy. While she was at LTF she obtained her ACE, American Council on Exercise and NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine certifications.
Within her first few years as a trainer, Sara realized so many of her clients needed help recovering from injuries, alleviating back pain, restoring tight muscles and realignment of posture. She found her niche by specializing in pilates, yoga, and trigger point therapy. In 2003 she obtained her pilates training certification from the McEntire Method for mat and reformers.
As much as she enjoys a challenging workout her body and mind were craving some rejuvenation. She began taking yoga classes and realized what a difference it was making and pursued a training program in 2008 with Yoga Shelter. That same year she stumbled upon an opportunity to work at the DAC where she remained until becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2010.
During the summer of 2018, she joined the Tiffany’ Training team. When she is not teaching classes, spending time with her family or working out herself, she enjoys trying new recipes, traveling, golfing and skiing.

One thing I really love about TT is getting to know my clients and watching them work so hard to achieve their fitness goals. My number one priority is to make working out fun, challenging and at the same time safe. TT is more than a place to workout it’s like a second home. That’s what I want to continue to demonstrate as a trainer, the sense of community while helping you to be your personal best.”!!
