Full Body Circuit

Our Full Body workout is a high-energy, athletic and fun workout focused on mobility, cardio fitness, stamina, and agility. You will work every muscle in your body in this circuit style class and can burn up to 700 calories!

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning 55-minute workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and keep you challenged.

Each class will vary in format and style, including 3, 4, 5, and 6-minute rounds, EMOM (Every-Minute-On-The-Minute), and AMRAP (as-many-reps-as-possible). All classes will push you and on average clients will burn a minimum of 400 calories per class.

Tabata is a form of interval training that falls under the umbrella of HIIT exercise or high-intensity interval training. It requires you to push your body extremely hard, for 20-seconds, recovery for 10-seconds, and repeat.  This type of intensity contributes to the effectiveness of the workout.

Every class offers modifications for all strength moves & cardio options to fit every age and fitness level!

Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it’s likely to be one of the longest four minutes you’ve ever endured.

The structure of the program is as follows:

* Work out hard for 20 seconds

* Rest for 10 seconds

* Complete 8 rounds

Core & Lower Body Circuit

A strong core is the foundation for a strong and healthy body. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. We offer a variety of workouts every Wednesday focusing on the core, balance, and posture.

Kids Agility & Conditioning

Kids need to be active and we recognize that early sports conditioning in children plays a vital role in their lives. Youth Sports and Youth Athletics are gaining popularity at an earlier age. We believe that it’s crucial to establish proper movement patterns at a young age. By learning and practicing efficient movement patterns we reduce the risk of injury, promote body awareness, and improve overall self-esteem – all are important for athletics and life.

Virtual Classes

We now offer virtual classes 4 times a week and every other Sunday. Classes have to be scheduled before 7:00p the night before to receive the zoom invite. Clients will receive an invite to our private class and a list of equipment needed and/or a list of alternative home items.
