At Tiffany’s Training, we offer a variety of classes including Full Body Circuit, TABATA, Core/Lower Body, Kids Conditioning and more. Classes consist of multiple circuits consisting of cardio and strength training.
To keep your body guessing and the workouts challenging, we use a variety of movements and equipment including weights, BOSU balls, resistance bands, valslides, and more.
Our trainers specialize in modification and form, so workouts can be accommodated to meet all fitness levels and ages.
