At Tiffany’s Training, we mix a 55-minute workout with bursts of cardio to burn fat and strength training to build and tone muscle.
- We use a variety of equipment daily to keep you challenged and your body guessing.
- Our small group class sizes have a capacity of 9 (12 before COVID) clients maximum, so you will receive specialized attention from trainers.
